Pharmacy Weight Loss Reigate | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Reigate, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Reigate is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We provide clinically supervised weight management services and prescription medicines to eligible patients.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. Treatment is available to individuals who are UK residents and meet the clinical criteria assessed during our online consultation process.

We do not provide services to individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or where treatment is otherwise clinically contraindicated. You must provide accurate, truthful information during all consultations. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended and treatment discontinued.

Our pharmacists reserve the right to decline or withdraw treatment at any time if it is deemed clinically inappropriate for you.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Services

All prescription medicines supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber. Our clinical team will assess your suitability based on information you provide in your consultation.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacists review all prescriptions before dispensing to ensure patient safety.

You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history during the course of your treatment. Failure to do so may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided. If a parcel is undelivered and returned to us, redelivery charges may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and medicines have been prepared, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations and consumer law exemptions for personalised medicinal products.

If your order is declined at the clinical assessment stage, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days.

If you have a complaint or wish to raise a concern, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and through our consultation process is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.

We do not accept liability for any adverse effects arising from the use of prescribed medicines where they have been used contrary to the prescriber's instructions or where inaccurate information was provided during consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is collected, used, and stored.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us via our website or through our registered pharmacy address.
